Step 2. Contract Signing and IC Exam Payment
You only get to this steps when you decide in your heart to take this exciting career path.
You will sign the Contracting Kit and pay the following to the Insurance Commission of the Philippines.
Insurance Commission VUL Exam Fee P1,010.00
Insurance Commission LIFE Exam Fee P1,010.00
Total Fees: P2.020.00 /GCash or BDO Bank
Step 3. Manulife Academy
For NEW Applicants without previous insurance license, you can take:
Trainer Led Onboarding
Self Paced Onboarding
Comprising Green 7 Protocol Course, Green eVolution Course, these are pre-requisites to the Jump Start Program.
Step 4. Take and pass the Insurance Commission Exam
Bring the following to the exam:
Two Government issued ID
Vaccination Card or Certificate
Black Pen
Step 5. Complete 3 days (JSP) Jump Start Training or Self Paced Jump Start Training
3 Days at the Manulife Training Room
Self Paced JSP is online.
Step 6. Tagging
Upon contract signing, you probably have complied or filled out the following: (For submission of documents stage)
PHR/ Personal History Record
ID Template with 2x2 Picture
Two signed agency contracts
ACOBE
Microsoft 365 Form (for your Manulife email)
Payment Slip for Tagging of P470.00 (GCash or BDO)
LIMRA
NMA Exam Result (Completion at JSP)
VUL/LIFE Notarized Insurance Commission Application
PTR/ Professional Tax Receipt
Exam Results Hard Copy
Bank Validation Form

Step 7. First 100 Days Training / Rookie Superstar
EPOS / Electronic Point Sale Accreditation
Health Certification
Attend Game Time Every Monday at 9:30 AM
Attend Oasis Branch Meeting / Modays at 6:00 PM
